Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Where orders ship from

Orders are shipped by our fulfillment partner from their warehouse in China.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, with tracking the whole way.

Cost

Free on orders of $60 or more, including the Starter Kit. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $4.95.

Duties and taxes

Any sales tax is shown at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email goodnookco@proton.me with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
