30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund of the item price. No reason needed.

How to return

Email goodnookco@proton.me with your order number. We reply within one business day with our US return address and instructions.

Return shipping

Paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items

Email a photo or short video within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send anything back.

1-year warranty

If your fountain stops working within 1 year of delivery under normal use, email us a short video and we'll send a replacement.
